Welcome to Bodyfit Coaching! My name is Manuel, your personalized trainer here at Bodyfit Coaching. I'm excited to work with you, helping you achieve your best body. As an ISSA-certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, my goal has always been to help my clients get in amazing shape, stay healthy, and live better. Fitness changed my life, from overcoming depression to regaining my confidence and improving the quality of my health and life. We all need that motivation, accountability check-ins, and a welcoming support system to help us achieve our desired goals. I want to help you take your health and fitness goals to the next level, and become stronger, healthier, and happier in your body. I like humor and don’t like being serious all the time but I make sure we get the work done, so be ready to laugh and work your butt off. I’ll help you achieve your best body. Let’s do it!
